Ben is a compassionate therapist with a decade of experience in mental health. He's here to help adults and children deal with stress, anxiety, and boost their self-esteem. His aim is to help people understand their unhelpful thoughts and find better ways to cope, so his clients can see the world in a more positive light. Ben believes in working together with his clients to help them achieve their goals.

Ben is a graduate of the College of New Rochelle where he obtained two Masters of Science in Art Therapy/Counseling and Guidance & Counseling. He has worked in a variety of settings to support people with behavioral disorders, substance use & abuse, anxiety, psychiatric disorders, and trauma. He is passionate about making therapy more accessible, while providing safe spaces for people of color to process concerns about their mental health and get the support they need. If you’re struggling to cope with negative or intrusive thoughts, Ben can help you learn to navigate these feelings and offer a path forward.
