Am I... Anxious?

Anxiety doesn’t always shout. Sometimes it whispers, showing up in ways that are easy to miss. Maybe it’s that sinking feeling in your stomach when you check your inbox or the way your mind races through "what ifs" while you're trying to fall asleep. It might be the tightness in your chest when you think about your future—or the way your heart skips a beat when your phone pings with a news alert.

Does that sound familiar?
It’s okay if you’re not sure. Anxiety is tricky like that, and it doesn’t always look the way we expect. You might feel like you’re holding it together on the outside while quietly wrestling with fears, worries, or doubts that just won’t let up.
Do These Feel Familiar?
Maybe you’re overloading your schedule, throwing yourself into work or family responsibilities because slowing down feels like opening a door you’re not ready to walk through. Or maybe it’s late-night scrolling—social media, news, anything to fill the silence in your head. Some of us avoid altogether, leaving messages unread or tasks unfinished because it’s easier than facing them.
These patterns aren’t about laziness or distraction—they’re survival tactics. They’re how we try to cope when life feels too big, too uncertain, or just too much. But here’s the thing: they don’t really make the feelings go away.
What if you had a space where you could talk it all out—where it’s safe to name what’s been swirling in your mind without fear of judgment? A place that isn’t about labeling you or telling you what to do, but about unpacking what’s going on underneath those feelings and finding better ways to manage them.
You may be feeling unsure if therapy is for you. That’s okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. What’s making your chest feel tight? What’s behind those sleepless nights or the need to keep busy? Therapy can help you ask those questions—and more importantly, find answers that work for you. So, how are you really feeling?
